It's without question that Bellame products are phenomenal. From skincare to cosmetics and body care and accessories, I've tried most all of them and there is not one I haven't loved. But the question here is not about the products, it's about the CEO. Melissa Thompson.
Melissa pours her heart and soul into her products, yes. But in addition to that, she pours her heart and soul into her tribe- her partners. She gives us a voice. Takes our comments and opinions and brings the practical requests to fruition.
In my 45 years in the workforce, I've never met a CEO as tuned-in to her tribe as Melissa.
For this I'm thankful, and She should be proud. (We're all proud of her)
