Ashton seems to be always available to answer questions and provide help if needed. She is very educated on vitamins, nutrition and what the body needs to function optimally. I’ve learned a lot from her about weight loss (and gain) and how stress affects the body’s functions and hope to continue to learn more. Even though she is a busy mom , she makes you feel like you are the only thing that’s important. She is in touch with her team and strives to help everyone be the best that they can be. Ashton sees what is ahead for the team and is ready to meet challenges head on so that the team can soar!
