Karen has been a shining light in our lives for years, we adore her as a fun loving, adventurous, family bestie & our 2 are privileged to call her Aunty Karen. She has always been health motivated, always on the move, inventing ways to cook something a little healthier, loving the outdoors in a big way & not letting the elements from stopping her. She is very knowledgeable about her business & products, & always offers samples for us to try.
