I started to incorporate Total Life Changes products in my daily routine about 3 months ago! My family and I are beyond obsessed with all of the products, but my favorite is the liquid multi- vitamin Nutraburst. This liquid multivitamin has been life changing for myself and my family. I immediately feel a boost of good energy after just 10 minutes. The taste is so good & you just need half a cap a day. It has all of the vitamins you need in one dose. Honestly, I have never been the type of person to remember to eat fruits and vegetables- the fact that I get all of my greens in a liquid form is game changing!! My energy has increased and my skin glows. Plus this is great for kids as well, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. I also travel for business monthly and this comes in a travel size which I think is amazing as well.
