Hello I am Cristy Halim from team Red Global Victory – Medan.
Congratulations to Ms. Eva Carolina for her achievements.
I would like to say some things about our dearest senior partner Bu Eva.
She is the most toughest, smartest and the strongest person i know.
I have learned a lot from her like how to be a good leader and always stay in the system and how to be a more confident person.
She is a straight forward person, If you are right then you're right, if you are wrong then you're wrong, which is something i have come to respect. Because in order to be a good leader you have to be brave and say things that can potentially make your partners a tad uncomfortable this is so that we can grow and succeed. In this industry you need that to stay in the right track and not get lost. It is my honor to be on her team and be guided by her.
Last but not least i wish you all the best Bu. And many thank you's for always reminding us to keep fighting for our purpose and dream. 💪
