Always keeps me in the loop. Always goes the extra mile and genuinely wants to see everyone win. He is always looking out for you and wants to make sure your needs are met, he is very respectful and he is very understanding. He is a veteran and has stories for days, so you know that he is a fighter and a survivor. Meaning that he will fight for you and make sure your needs are met. I'm thankful for his help daily. If I could rate him higher than the 5 star scale provided, I would rate him 10 or more. He is "Grade A" by far.
