Great leader, super motivator but most of all…A leader who truly cares about all his people and will go the extra and then some, to help them succeed!!! There is just not another better than Robby Fender!!! He is a leader that does what he says and won’t ask someone to do something he wouldn’t willingly do himself!! BLP is his motto! He has such pride in doing things that help that he will dedicate his whole team to figuring out a way that works and not think twice about it! I am honored to know Robby and would recommend him to speak at any function of team building because he is a true team player. Never met a more dedicated leader in all my years of business! Way to go Robby Fender you deserve all the recognition!!!
