Steve and Cindy are very knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge with others. I have asked Cindy many questions and she is always very responsive and helpful and able to provide guidance. They both have a passion for making life better, not just theirs but anyone that they can help. They take in many aspects of life ( physical, mental, nourishment etc) to find a balanced and healthy lifestyle. They encourage those around them to do the same and to live their best lives. You can see the results of their commitment when you meet them. They walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
