I was very skeptical to start. But after seeing such good reviews, I decided to try it for myself. I have now Only been taking this a short time but I have to say I do love the focus and energy! I started without drinking my coffee. Now I wait about an hour. I’ve not had any issues with being jittery. And there is no crash at the end of the day like from other products out there. Also seems to have improved my sleep. Really looking forward to some of the other products in this line. There are so many things out there on the market today.
