Lela is a great leader. She has helped me so much in getting started in the Nutritional Wholesale Club. She gives me encouragement, and cheers me on to succeed. It's because of her that I got the courage to step out and try. She is Awesome. She never gets tired of me calling hr, and she always respond in a timely manner. If she can't talk to me or respond by text to my questions, she will send me a voice message, whether she is driving, in a meeting or whatever. I don't think I could have been blessed with a better leader and supporter, than what I have in Lela. All leaders should take some notes from her.
