It's hard to talk about those who leave handprints in your heart but this man deserves more than a review. For me, he is not Cristian Tuns, he is the one who embodies the whole essence of the one who has the duty to lead people. He carries out this task with a special love for those in his team, offering support and trust to those in need. It corrects your mistakes, making you aware of the importance of the lessons learned but also of the benefits of the community. His vision is the belief of the community he created, he has principles that instill in all members a skeleton of moral values from which they should not deviate. He infuses positive things and motivates people also has this special way to filter negative things without morally harming the guilty party. How beautiful it is when people follow you and learn the qualities of the community so naturally.Leaders can be many but leader trainers are few. I'm proud to be part of his team!
