I've in the last month go to know Gareth and I can honestly say he is exactly the leader we need in this industry! Nothing is too much, he leads by his heart, he wants everyone to win! Even if he's busy he takes the time to respond to you!! He is a pure example of a fantastic leader, always shows up!
He story inspired me, his determination and courage is nothing I've seen before and he is just a real genuine human being and I want to wish him nothing but the best because he deserves it all!
