Since I started taking this product. I have enot been sick. And usually I get sick easily. As soon as the weather will change. I catch a cold. If I dont dress warm enough I catch a cold. Best vitamin ever. I started taking this consistently a year now. Not one time have I been sick. Which is a record for me. I give it to my son and my grandparents they love it. I take it every single day. Also gives me energy. They love the taste also. I put it in my smoothie sometimes. This is a real life changer
