Jericho or Ments (our slang for mentor) as we call him, this charming young guy leads as an example to everyone, he is the kind of a leader that gets his team to do greater things, act and inspire to do more and become more. I remember when i first met him personally on a convention, very humble yet when he talked on that stage i already know that this young guy will become one of the most successful people that i know. This rank and recognition is just a beginning for him, he will break those records and i will not be surprised.
