She is passionate about the success of her team. For example, She works with us to define our goals and create our five year vision. As our company sets out our monthly goals, she then sets forth a plan with the team that defines how to reach those goals while she is building her business just as the team is.
Leslie regularly recognizes team accomplishments each week and celebrates alongside them when milestones are reached.
