I have been working with Helen for close to a year now. She is a truly kind, thoughtful and inspirational leader whose tireless commitment and dedication to her work is nothing short of amazing. She exceeds as an excellent motivator with an understanding of each persons needs, helping develop each of there individual journeys and goals. On a personal level the support Helen has given me has above and beyond anything I could have expected. She is always at hand to offer me advise or a solution to problems or issues I have encountered and her advice is always sound and extremely helpful. The voice of reason on many occasions .
