I don't hesitate to ask Renee for help. She has proven herself as a heart-led leader who knows our products front to back and she knows how to make the most of the compensation plan. My personal success is due in part to her never-ending there for you attitude even though we are not even in the same upline organization. I can run an idea or a problem past her and she is always thoughtful and willing to give me good advice. She also has the ability to help me see things in a different light and I always feel uplifted after we talk. The people on her team are very fortunate to have her as their leader.
