Ashton is such an incredible leader, not only does she help she is so supportive. She always knows exactly what I HAVE to hear to scale up in my business and personal life. I may not always want to hear what she has to say but I know that she’s telling what I NEED to hear so I can grow as a person. Even when she doesn’t know the information about something she will go out of her way to find out because she always wants to learn more and educate her entire team, so we can understand together.
