Billy James dela Fuente or simply MENTOR BILLY is one of those admiring and inspiring persons I have known in the business. He creates leaders. He exemplifies what he preaches and has a really long list of accolades to prove how amazing of a leader he is. Other than being a leader, he is a great father to his four wonderful children and a really loving husband to his gorgeous and very kind wife, Pin. He, in fact, has impacted my life, and choosing me to be part of the pool of mentors in the team he founded (XTRM 1-11.Inc.), is an honour and a blessing, knowing that he trusts and believes in my capacity and in what I could really do for the team, because he, himself, gives his heart and soul in the business and in mentoring my fellow teammates in XTRM 1-11.
