There's so much I can say about this gentleman right here right now. If I were to rate Fernando as a Leader on a scale from 1 to 10… I'd give him a 12 because his Leadership skills is off the chart. I'd follow him to the top of the mountain because not only he will take me to the top… he will take me over the top. Amazing friend, amazing partner, and an amazing leader. It's a distinct honor and unique pleasure getting a chance to work with this individual. And I can't think of a better leader I've worked with than the person I'm writing this about.
