Didi has the “it factor”, no doubt. This is my first chance to work directly with her and it’s been an absolute pleasure. Very heavy on servant driven leadership. Very much a team player in all aspects. Supportive and positive contributor in our team pages. Didi is the definition of teachable and duplicatable. Contributes on corporate calls and team zooms and does it with positive impact to the person listening. She puts in the work and she’s consistent. She knows exactly what she wants and what it takes to get there, including going out of country to have team events. I’m very much looking forward to helping Didi take MPGXtreme to whatever level she desires.
