I've not worked with a couple like Mike and Brandy before. They genuinely want everyone to win. A lot of people say they want everyone to win, but Mike and Brandy actually take the actions and show up with the generosity to make that happen within their space. They put their money where their mouths are, they make moves and give in ways I've not seen other leaders do. They lead with authenticity, generosity and love which creates an incredibly magnetic culture! They are also a bunch of fun and super supportive to whatever level of support you are looking for.
