Melissa Thompson is hands down one of the most compassionate, inclusive and inspiring people I’ve ever met. I switched from a previous company as a leader there and was never “seen” unless it came to rank or income. Melissa makes every person feel seen, heard and appreciated. Brand new partners feel important and included. She leads Bellame with grace, faith and heart. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen and Bellame will forever be my home. We are just building our portfolio of products but I could not be more impressed with the attention to detail that Melissa puts in. She has a very high standard for Bellame products and will not release anything that doesn’t meet those standards. Transparency and trust come first. And coming from a company previously where this wasn’t the case, this trait could not be more impressive to me. I am so thankful and proud to build this brand alongside Melissa Thomson and her husband, Scott.
