Randy was a leader in 2 business opportunities I was in for the past 2 years. He knows his stuff and can go on and on when he talks. He truly cares about others. I find his passion infectious. I feel certain that he has never deliberately done anything to damage the reputation of any company he marketed.

He is a genuine man with a past that could have kept him down but it didn't. He is a family man and makes a great leader.

If you want to understand leadership get to know him and follow his guidance. If he could make a fine living at direct sales you can too.
