Thea is driven, helps her team see their vision, teaches them tools to duplicate in this business. Despite how large of a team is under her, she makes time for each of us. She is organized and tech savvy! In addition to all of that, her wisdom and product knowledge blows my mind! (Fellow science geek!) Her heart is always in the right place! Blessed to know her and learn from her! I love ability to adjust to the audience she is speaking with. That is a skill, not many master. She definitely leads by example to her team!

I haven’t been working with her long, but she is never afraid to help roll up her sleeves and help us reach our goals.
