I started buying the Voxx socks from Angie and Arnie many years back. They were always so pleasant as well as extremely helpful in getting my order mailed out to me immediately and followed up on delivery. Even when they were to be at a market in town, Angie would message me with a heads up in case I wanted more socks so she could order ahead and they'd be ready for me to pick up. When they switched to the patches I was sorry to see the socks were gone, but Angie contacted me that she had a few left in my size and styles I liked…that to me is amazing customer care. Angie was so knowledgable about the patches that I decided to try the Defend patch. I felt it helped my pained areas especially in winter! Now it's winter again, time to look into getting some more.
