Rod is a go getter and does whatever is necessary to help his team rank up and win. He is not just a good example of an excellent leader but he's an educator as well. He loves people and it shows. His demeanor is contagious. If you're down and depressed, he will lift your spirits. There's nothing that he won't do to make sure his entire team is winning!
