Laura leads with her heart. She always makes time for her team, their teams and so on. She is always willing to share her knowledge. She spends so much time researching new tools and creating content or templates for her team to use. As a leader, she isn’t afraid to tell you what you need to hear in lieu of what you want to hear. She is open to try new ideas, she is an amazing coach but she is coachable too!

She is ethical, nurturing and guides her team to do the same. She encourages our strengths and helps us through our weaknesses. Laura is an inspiration to so many whether it’s her weight loss journey, her airstream life or business, it is truly inspiring to listen to her talk.
