I am very disappointed by what I have observed among some Russian-speaking leaders such as Larysa Skovorynska, Vysotskiy, Plasichuk, etc. in the network marketing and travel industry. Too often, I have seen people move from one company to another, leaving their teams behind, failing to properly inform their partners, and avoiding responsibility to those who trusted them.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot consider this behavior an example of true leadership. To me, a leader is someone who respects their team, communicates important decisions openly, and does not place personal interests above the people who helped build the business.
I also compared the travel products offered by different companies, including Travel Advantage. Personally, I did not see significant advantages that would justify the cost of membership. In many cases, similar hotels, resorts, and travel services can be found through popular public booking platforms at comparable prices.
For this reason, I personally did not see enough value in either the product or the business model. This is solely my opinion based on my own experience and observations, which is why I cannot recommend either this company or certain leaders with whom I have had direct experience.
