After being in Retail Management for over 25 years, I was introduced to this company. After learning of the compensation plan and the fact there was no minimum sales requirements I thought I would go for it. Best decision of my life! It's not just about the money!! These CEOs are incredible. They want so much for us to succeed and to be our best selves. They pour into us to make us better versions of who we thought we could ever be. They promote collaboration over competition, unheard of in my retail experience! They are forthright and transparent with us, letting us know when mistakes have been made and have the utmost integrity when dealing with those opportunities, not just with customers but with the beauty consultants as well. I could never say enough to say how truly Incredible these two women are!!!!
