Leaders are ladders on whom individuals can safely ascend to the levels of significance that they particularly desire. Such leaders are neither intimidated nor selfish, instead they are selfless. Karen has the courage, tenacity, enthusiasm and honest desire to help others. Of course, she has the results ! Such individuals are "change agents" in the industry.

Karen's perspective on being direct, polite and enthusiastically honest is compelling. I am particularly taken with her perspective on how we can effectively use our skills in this industry. Specifically, success is not based on learning new skills but on using existing skills in new ways that are not manipulative. She has tremendous experieince in the traditional business world and in the network marketing industry. She is credible and her results and approach are incredible!
