Kylie is a leader and professional networker by any definition. I’ve known her five years but have heard stories OF her and her leadership for over a decade. Her communication of the details of her business is always accurate and transparent giving each team member the information needed to succeed. I’ve listened to her train her team and she gives equal opportunity for each members’ voice to be heard while also casting vision and maintaining the vision of the bigger picture. She is a perfect example of balance. Her feedback is always the perfect balance of encouragement while also guiding the team toward their desired success. Kylie is a leader I would follow into almost any business. I welcome her insight on business opportunities and would recommend her as a leader to anyone looking to join her team.
