I have known and worked with Niels for 8 months now, and I like it. He is a good leader. And he supports his people well. You can always come to him, he will always listen to you and support you where necessary.
Niels shares his knowledge well with his team. He has great humor, with a laugh or a tear. He can do it all. His enthusiasm and energy is amazing. And it is contagious. If he appears somewhere, you will not easily forget him. I am glad I got to know Niels. He is a really great person and friend.
