Within minutes I began to feel a sense of calm wash over me and a sudden weight lifted off. I was having a bad day and it all seemed to just… disappear. Like a mental block was removed that had always been there. I suddenly felt relaxed and super happy. I felt more focused for sure and like nothing would bring me down. A few more minutes passed and I felt a burst of energy. I went to the pool shortly after for a couple of hours and usually after the pool I feel like falling asleep with a raging headache and eyes burning. Today is the FIRST time I feel just as great as I did before! I'm not tired and no headache!
