Authentic. Humble. Jovial. On Point. That sums up the best of Allen as a business mentor who helps those who are excited about living life #betterthandonuts for us! He does not pretend to know all of the answers but is diligent about researching, listening, and learning all that he can in order to be an outstanding servant leader. Allen is someone who could be referred to as a quiet power. He watches more than he talks, and that means he observes things and reflects on growth-oriented attributes. when it comes down to business, you'd never know he is as knowledgeable as he lets on. Allen never forces us to think a certain way in order to "click" or "vibe" with him. He cherishes individuality, and that's why more leaders could learn from his "assertive yet laid back" example on how to support people in a team building environment.
