Some really great products but their shipping department can't stop tripping over their own shoes. When they make a mistake, which is often, getting resolution is aggravating. When they tell you too bad, that's the way it is, don't accept that answer. Escalate. But be aware, you're going to use up a lot of time to resolve what should have taken under 60 seconds.
It just happened to me AGAIN today. What should have taken less than a minute took 24 minutes and 58 seconds. And I was told it was 90% likely that it should get resolved but if not, call back AGAIN and they can try to escalate.
I could have driven to a store and got similar products in less time.
