Christina is a very effective communicator at all times and in all ways. She responds promptly to those who reach out for her input.
Her vision is amazing as she guides her team when it comes to both short and long-term outcomes.
The input she gives to her team members is balanced and she values opinions given to her. When it was time to choose a new name for her group she gave a few suggestions and then listened to what everyone else had to say. In the end the name that was chosen was not one of her ideas.
She gives feedback that is impartial and totally appropriate and usable. Following her guidance brings about success in making needed changes.
