I really liked the breakdown about what it takes to be the team leader. It is so important that you listen to your team about what’s their concerns bad or good concerning the company. And also given accolades when they are being a team player. This is future of currency and need to be ahead so we don’t get left behind. People are looking for companies like this to put their assets in and see their money grow so they don’t have worry about tomorrow or when they retire will the money run out before they die.
