She is a devoted leader, willing to accept your call 24/7 to assist at whatever level from the beginner networker to the experienced team builder. She is knowledgeable about all areas of the business and is willing to work with you on training, motivation and accountability. Tara is patient, understanding and an excellent communicator when explaining and resolving complex situations in the most Courteous way. It’s a great privilege to work under her leadership.
