Well, a company is only as strong as its weakest member. But, that’s something we don’t have to worry about here at Bellame, because our CEO pours into EACH of us. No matter our rank. No matter how much we know. No matter our experience. She genuinely loves us and sees us as HER partners and teammates. She values our concerns and if something is not 100% ready for the market, she won’t put it out. No one is too big or too small in this company. She wants us to fulfill our hopes and dreams and she is the ultimate role model for making that happen. I’m so thankful for Melissa and she deserves every single vote she gets!! ?
