Aimee is a leader like no other. She is very caring and compassionate. Constantly supporting and cheering you on. It’s NEVER about her. She takes great pride in her team’s individualized success! Aimee never judges and is extremely patient with everyone’s skill level! She truly listens to your concerns and ideas. Constantly looking for more ways to enhance the performance of her team. There is no Me In TEAM! She offers support and training. She doesn’t want you spending time on recreating the wheel. Therefore proving you with all the tools to be the best you can be in your own business! She’s not your boss. She is your leader, mentor and friend! I have NEVER been mentored by anyone like her before. She is a true diamond in the rough!
