I have found Shannean to be an excellent leader and mentor in assisting me with driving my business towards my goals. She is always willing to listen to my ideas and help me grow my knowledge and communicate skills to not only improve myself but also to grow my business. She is definitely my go to person as she has extensive knowledge regarding all products and the processes of how the business works. I truly respect and admire her continued efforts to help me reach my goals by providing me with lots of materials and information. Shannean is always active, building a sense of community and linking team members.
