When i heard Gareths story i was truly inspired as I'm sure a lot of other people could relate to his struggles in life.
Although things haven't been easy for him in recent years, he's stayed true to his values and put in the effort that's been required to building and growing a global team. I've also been very impressed with Gareth's clear communication skills along with his commitment to bringing his team together. The groups new interface hub he has now put together is brilliant and so user friendly. I am looking forward to seeing where his leadership leads his team moving forward.
