My favorite thing about Leslie as a leader is you get her love and attention when you are working hard or not working at all. She shows up consistently. Your value and worth to her is not what you can do for her and her business but truly a genuine interest in you as a person. She will get up early with you and stay up late with you. She will fly across the country if she can help you succeed. She never, ever will give up on you even if you give up on yourself. She sees the best in everyone and every situation. She has no time for gossip nor nonsense. After 3 decades in the industry I can tell you she will bring value to your business if you simply give her the opportunity.
