Simone is a real example of a guide, where he teaches showing the way with rules that he first follows (lead by example), dedication to the company and above all he shares the vision and transmits it to all those who believe in the project. I met him more than 20 years ago and I met him now and I have seen that he has changed into the best version of himself always loyal, available to listen, generous in advising and direct to the point.
I am happy that he is my guide on this path and lucky to consider him a friend.
