Tracy leads with a servant heart. She cares about her customers & teammates. She has a heart of gold. I’ve followed Tracy for many years & what has drawn me to her is her sense of humor & her ability to always keep it real. I actually love to watch her live videos while she puts her makeup on & keeps us updated on what’s going on in her life at that moment. She is also amazing at dissecting a comp plan & helps her team to take full advantage of the comp. She has mastered the art of building & you really see her shine while building!
