i love this product myself and all family members take it daily, i use it as my daily multivitamin it gives me an amazing amount of energy we love it. The human body requires various vitamins and minerals on a daily basis to keep you alive, healthy and functioning at your best. Each of those vitamins/minerals have their own benefits and play their own roles in your body and nutraburst is the best. I tell everyone i come in contact with about it they too have grown to love it i will continue to share my experience about nutraburst with others. i take it daily sometimes multiple times a day if im doing multiple physical activities during the day. i use it first thing in the morning before my workout and again before my evening walk.
