This is an excellent multivitamin from TLC so happy that this multivitamin has so many vitamins and minerals for our bodies. Is so easy to drink and it doesn't have an after taste. I love the great taste and is good for the whole family, we love it so much, always take it in the morning and it provides lots of energy for the entire day. I always order ahead of time to not missed my daily intakes. I recommend it it will maintain you healthy and protect your immune system and body well being. My two boys enjoy its flavor and energy boost it gives them.
