Mannnn I most definitely had an “AHHHH HA” moment when I realized those levels aren’t just rank or income… they’re levels of communication, vision, discipline, influence, and leadership.

What stood out to me personally was realizing how massive Phillip’s organization truly is… yet he still took time to know ME.

He recognized my strengths, my weaknesses, and the areas where I still needed development.

That was an ah-ha moment for me.

True leadership isn’t measured by personal success alone—it’s measured by the ability to elevate others.

Phillip leads with vision, communicates clearly, listens, guides, and helps people see more for themselves.

He shares lessons from years of persistence so others can grow faster and avoid unnecessary frustration.

That’s what stands out to me.

Not just building teams…
Building people into leaders.
