Brian is truly a great example of a leader. He is always thinking outside of the box with you in mind first and him 2nd to last and that is what you call a leader. When I met Brian it was never about him it was always "what we do to get you there" and that speaks volume all by itself. He will stay up in the whee hours and strategize his plan, pray about it and then put it in motion with the intent of the people first and not him.
